These terms are between you and Mukherjee Alliances Infotech Private Limited (“OoruSuttu”, “we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in India at 2nd Floor, 5B Jabakusum House, 34 C. R. Avenue, Kolkata, West Bengal 700012, India. GSTIN 19AAJCM0985C1ZC.

1. Who can use OoruSuttu

You must be 18 or older, and you must be a natural person using the app for yourself. One person, one account. You may not use OoruSuttu if we have previously removed your account.

You sign in with an email address and a password — there is no mobile number and no SMS code. We ask you to confirm the address by opening a link we send to it. Until you do, your daily like allowance and your daily allowance of assistant messages are lower than they otherwise would be. That is the whole of the difference: confirming your address is never required to block, report, reach the safety centre, delete your account, post, read, or reply to anyone you have already matched with.

2. Where OoruSuttu operates

OoruSuttu currently serves one metropolitan region. You choose your areas from a fixed list; there is no free-text location. If you move away, contact us — we will not simply lock you out of an app you paid for.

3. What you pay, and what you get

Access is unlocked by a one-time purchase made through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.
The unlock permanently includes: your full profile and photo checks, verification, browsing your area's deck, a daily allowance of likes, reading and replying to every message you receive, every safety feature without exception, and the city layer.
An optional subscription adds convenience and reach — never safety, and never truth. Safety features are not for sale and never will be.
Refunds through Google Play follow Google's process. Where we owe you a refund directly, we will say so plainly.

4. What we promise

We check that the face in your photos is a live person. We say exactly that, and nothing more.
We never show your distance or your location to anyone.
We never sell your personal data, and we never use your messages for advertising.
There are no advertisements in the dating deck. Not now, not later.

5. What we do not promise

We do not vet character. We do not run background or criminal checks. We cannot verify whether anyone is single, employed, or telling the truth about themselves. A completed photo check is not a safety guarantee, and you should not treat it as one. Meeting anyone from the internet carries risk that no app removes.

6. Your content

Your photos and words remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them within OoruSuttu so the app can work. That permission ends when you delete your account.

7. Conduct

The community guidelines form part of these terms. Breaking them can lead to content removal, loss of visibility, or removal of your account. A removal for serious harm is permanent, and we retain a one-way fingerprint of your email address so it cannot be trivially undone.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time, from inside the app or from this website. We may end an account that breaks these terms. Where the law requires us to keep records, we keep only those records.

9. Liability

OoruSuttu is provided as an introduction service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of other users, whether online or in person. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Complaints and governing law

Complaints go to our grievance officer, with published timelines. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We version these terms. When they change materially we tell you in the app, record which version you accepted, and notify you at least once a year regardless.
